Noah's Mill Small Batch Bourbon (70cl, 57.1%)

Noah's Mill Small Batch is a Kentucky bourbon made by the Willett family distillery, bottled at 57.15% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to a range of small batch bourbons that Willett launched in the 1990s. The mashbill is 65% corn, 20% wheat and 15% barley. The bottle is a blend of whiskeys aged between 4 and 22 years, and the batch number is shown on the label. It was conceived as an old-fashioned bourbon in the style of the years before Prohibition, and is described as intense.
