OakPacker Air Edition is an American malt whiskey bottled at 46% in a 75cl bottle. It is made from American single malt whiskies sourced by OakPacker.
What sets it apart is the water. When the whiskey is brought down from cask strength to bottling strength, only air-harvested water is used, collected directly from the atmosphere.
The brand takes its name from squirrels, whose buried acorns grow into the oak trees that supply wood for barrels.
