Octomore 06.1_167 is a five year old, heavily peated Islay single malt from Bruichladdich, made from 100% Scottish barley and bottled at a cask strength of 57% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the 2014 Octomore edition and measures 167 PPM. The spirit was distilled in 2008 and 2009 and matured in American bourbon oak casks. A total of 18000 bottles were filled. The name remembers the old Octomore distillery, which stood above Port Charlotte.
