Octomore 16.2 is a five year old single malt from Bruichladdich on Islay, released in 2025. It is made from 100% Concerto barley grown on the Scottish mainland and malted to 101.4 PPM.
The whisky matured in Oloroso and Bordeaux casks, then moved to Madeira and Moscatel casks for its final year.
It is typically described as showing caramelised sugar, roasted nuts, dried fruit and bonfire smoke.
