Octomore Edition 14.2 is a super heavily peated single malt from Bruichladdich, bottled at 57.7% ABV with a peat level of 128.9 ppm. It is a limited release made from 100% Concerto barley. The whisky was matured in a mix of sherry and wine casks from Spain and Italy. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. The Octomore smoke is joined by sweet, nutty notes from the sherry and bright, fruity notes from the wine casks.
