Octomore Edition 16.3 is a five-year-old Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Bruichladdich Distillery, bottled at 61.6% in a 70cl bottle. It is a limited release from 2025.
It matured in a combination of bourbon barrels, Sauternes wine casks and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The whisky is super heavily peated, at 189.5 ppm, and the barley is the Concerto variety, grown at Church Field on Octomore Farm, Islay.
