A Kentucky straight bourbon from the Old Bardstown series, bottled at 45% ABV. The mashbill is 72% corn, 15% malted barley and 13% rye, which gives a gentle spiciness balanced by a buttery sweetness.
The nose is sweet, herbal and citrusy. The palate is herbaceous, with sweet fruit and vanilla over a layer of oak and earthiness.
