This is Batch 1 of Old Carter, a 12-year-old straight American whiskey from Mark and Sherri Carter, the creators of Kentucky Owl. It was the first release of Old Carter at this age, and it came before the numbered batches that followed.
Batch 1 is a small-batch whiskey blended from multiple barrels. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at natural proof, in a 750ml bottle.
