It is the tenth batch in the Old Carter rye series. Old Carter Whiskey Co. was founded by Mark and Sherri Carter, the creators of Kentucky Owl. Each batch is numbered and documented. The nose has rye grain spice, dried fruit, caramel and vanilla. The palate is concentrated and full, and the finish is long and spice-forward, with the warmth of the rye grain.
