Old Dominick Bonded Tennessee Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Old Dominick Bonded is a Bottled-in-Bond Tennessee whiskey from the Old Dominick Distillery in Memphis, in a 75cl bottle at 100 proof (50% ABV). Bottled-in-Bond means it comes from one distilling season at one distillery and was aged at least four years in a federally bonded warehouse. It was named Best Tennessee Whiskey at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The nose is caramel, vanilla, baking spice and toasted oak. The palate is robust and complex, with brown sugar, rye spice, dark fruit and rich oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice, caramel and oak.
