Old Elk Armagnac Cask Finish is a straight bourbon from the distillery's Cask Finish Series, in a 75cl bottle at 54.25% ABV.
It is built on the high-malt mash bill used for Old Elk's flagship bourbon, then left to rest in Armagnac casks, where the flavours meld with the grain. The result is described as rich and layered.
