This is Old Elk Straight Bourbon Whiskey finished in Cognac barrels, part of the distillery's Cask Finish Series. It is bottled at 54.85% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
The base is Old Elk's flagship high-malt mash bill. Time in the Cognac casks is said to build on that robust foundation, adding subtle spice and a rich depth of flavour.
