Old Elk Double Wheat is part of the Master's Blend Series, a run of limited-release whiskies developed by Master Distiller Greg Metze, who draws on more than 40 years of experience making spirits.
This bourbon began with a question: what if the distillery's wheated bourbon were pushed a step further? The answer is a mash bill of 71.5% wheat, 25% corn and 3.5% malted barley.
