Old Elk Port Cask Finish is a straight bourbon whiskey finished in Port barrels, bottled at 54.05% ABV in a 75cl bottle.
It builds on the Old Elk flagship, which uses a high-malt mash bill. After a period resting in Port casks, the distillery describes the balance of richness and complexity as unlike anything else it has made.
