Old Elk – Small Batch Sour Mash Reserve Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 52.5%)

Old Elk Sour Mash Reserve is a straight bourbon whiskey bottled at 52.5% in a 750ml bottle. It is a small batch of thirty barrels. It starts from Old Elk's flagship high-malt mash bill, the same recipe the distillery used to explore what would change with a different yeast. The result pairs that sturdy base with the more complex character the unique yeast brings.
