Old Elk Infinity Blend is a limited release bourbon, created by Master Distiller Greg Metze, who draws on 43 years of experience. It is bottled at 57.45% in a 750ml bottle.
The blend marries Old Elk Straight Bourbon Whiskey, made from the distillery's high-malt mashbill, with two classic, vintage Kentucky straight bourbon whiskies. The aim is to join the smooth, rich character of Old Elk with the mature notes and traditional profile of Kentucky bourbon.
