Old Elk – Infinity Blend 2023 (55.6%)

This is the 2023 Infinity Blend from Old Elk, the third annual release in the Infinity Blend Series created by Master Distiller Greg Metze. It is bottled at 111.15 proof. The blend is built on the foundation of the 2022 Infinity Blend and completed with hand-selected, gently matured barrels of Old Elk Straight Bourbon Whiskey and Old Elk Straight Wheat Whiskey. The idea follows that of an infinity bottle, in which favourite whiskies are blended together over time. Greg Metze has used it here to reflect his long career as a distiller.
