Old Elk – Sour Mash Reserve

Old Elk Sour Mash Reserve is a small batch straight bourbon whiskey, made under Master Distiller Greg Metze, who has more than four decades of experience behind him. It starts from the distillery's flagship high-malt mash bill, which here is fermented with a different yeast. The sturdy mash bill forms the base, and the yeast adds a more complex layer on top of it.
