Old Fitzgerald 11 Year Old 2014 Bottled-in-Bond Decanter 2025 Edition (50%)

Old Fitzgerald 11 Year Old is a wheated Bourbon from Heaven Hill, the 2025 edition of its Bottled-in-Bond decanter series. Bottled-in-Bond rules require each batch to come from a single distilling season of one year, and this one is bottled at 100 Proof, or 50% ABV. Wheat takes the place of rye as the secondary grain, which makes for a softer, rounder profile. The decanter-style glass bottle recalls the Diamond Decanter packaging of the 1950s. On the palate it is described as rich and well rounded, with caramel, vanilla and creamy flavours, and measured oak spice balancing the sweetness.
