Old Fitzgerald Bottled in Bond 11 Year Old is a wheated Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill in Bardstown. It is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) and comes in a 750ml crystal decanter.
This is the spring 2025 release in the VVS (Very Very Special) series, which Heaven Hill revived in 2018 and issues twice a year, in spring and autumn, at alternating ages. As a Bottled-in-Bond whiskey, it comes from a single distillery and a single distillation season, and was aged in a federally bonded warehouse. Eleven years in Kentucky rickhouses bring out the wheat-forward sweetness of the mash bill.
