This is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey from Old Forester, released under The President's Choice designation. It is a distillery-exclusive series, reserved for the distillery's most trusted accounts and partners.
It comes from Old Forester's distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, established in 1870, and sits in the same series as the President's Choice Bourbon. The rye extends that approach to a different category within the Old Forester range.
