Old Man Winter Bourbon From The Black Hills

Old Man Winter is a blended bourbon made from vintage stocks held at Preservation Distillery. It revives a long-standing label and takes its inspiration from the flavour profiles of bourbons of long ago. Each bottle is finished in a hand-dipped winter wax. On the palate it is described as rich with dark pitted fruits, hints of sweet spice, dusted anisette and caramel. The mouthfeel is rich, and the finish is warm and lingering.
