Old No 15 is a bourbon bottled at 37% in a 1 litre bottle. It is aged for at least six years in charred oak barrels and made from a mash bill of 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% malted barley.
The nose is rich, with vanilla, caramel and oak. On the palate there are hints of honey, cinnamon and toasted nuts, and the finish is long and warming, with a gentle lingering spice.
