Old Taylor Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 40%)

Old Taylor is a Kentucky straight bourbon named after Col. E.H. Taylor, bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle. It is a light-bodied, smooth bourbon, and it works in mixed drinks such as a Bourbon and Cola, a ginger ale highball or an Old Fashioned. The nose is sweet and uncomplicated, with sugary corn, light vanilla and soft oak. On the palate come honey, sweet corn and a hint of citrus. The finish is short and crisp, with a touch of rye spice that fades quickly.
