Old Taylor Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 40%)

Old Taylor is a Kentucky straight bourbon named after Col. E.H. Taylor. It is bottled at 40% ABV (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle. The body is light, and the whiskey is often used in mixed drinks such as a Bourbon and Cola, a ginger ale highball or a standard Old Fashioned. The nose is sweet and uncomplicated, with sugary corn, light vanilla and soft oak. On the palate come honey, sweet corn and a hint of citrus. The finish is short and crisp, with a touch of rye spice that fades quickly.
