Ondjaba Gravino is a triple grain whiskey from Namibia, bottled at 46%. It is the first whiskey release from the Erongo Mountain Winery, made from maize, malted wheat and malted pearl millet, a grain called mahangu.
After multi-stage distillation, the spirit matured in red wine casks and fresh American white oak. It was then finished in a local Gravino liqueur wine cask, which gave the whiskey some fruity notes.
