This is a 15-year-old Island single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney, bottled by Signatory Vintage as Batch #83 of its 100 Proof Edition. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2026, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was finished in first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts. It is bottled at the range's 100 proof strength of 57.1% ABV, without chill filtration or added colour. Signatory Vintage uses the Orkney (HP) designation for whisky sourced from the Orkney distillery. The first fill Pedro Ximénez butts add a rich, sweet sherry influence to the spirit.
