This is a 16 year old single cask single malt from the Orkney Islands, distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2018 from cask no. 28. It is bottled at a cask strength of 53.6%.
The nose shows floral Orcadian smoke alongside juicy citrus peel from the sherry cask, with dried fruit emerging. On the palate, peat smoke and wood are balanced with spice and fruit. The finish adds honey and tropical fruit towards the end.
