Oxford Rye Whisky #7, named Easy Ryder, is a rye whisky from the Oxford Artisan Distillery in England. It was distilled in 2017 and comes in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour.
The nose combines spicy rye with citrus fruit and a touch of honey. On the palate it is full-bodied, with pepper, malt and ripe apples. The finish is long and warming, with spicy and sweet notes.
