P&M Single Malt 7 Year Old (42%)

P&M Single Malt is a French single malt aged for seven years and bottled at 42% ABV. It is described as the flagship of its range. The whisky matures in high-forest oak casks from the Forêt de Tronçais. These casks previously held Vermentinu white wine from Domaine Gentile in Patrimonio, and mistelle from Cap Mattei. The character is rich and complex, with a light touch of peat. It is soft and fruity.
