A white wine from Pacher Hof, produced under the Alto Adige Valle Isarco DOC. It is a bright straw yellow in colour.
The nose shows white-fleshed fruit such as pear and apple, citrus notes, light floral hints and a fresh herbaceous undertone. On the palate it has good acidity, a sapid texture and a medium-light body, with a clean, pleasant finish.
It is a versatile white for seafood, vegetable pasta dishes, fresh cheeses, aperitifs and informal dinners, served cool in a wide glass.
