Paddy Irish Whiskey (70cl, 40%)

Paddy is a blended Irish whiskey made at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork, in a 70cl bottle at 40%. It combines grain, malt and pot still whiskey, all triple distilled. The blend matures for at least three years in American oak casks. Grain whiskey adds a light, floral sweetness, malt a hint of toasted biscuit, and pot still whiskey brings creaminess with spice, honey and vanilla. The nose is fresh and malty with wood notes, spice, honey and vanilla. The palate is light, with nutty and malty notes and a touch of charred wood. The finish fades from sweet to mild malt and soft wood.
