Paralupi Appassimento Rosso Puglia IGP Magnum (1.5L)

A robust red wine from Puglia, made using the appassimento method, with grapes dried before fermentation to concentrate sugars and aromas. Deep ruby in colour, it shows ripe plum and blackberry, with vanilla and chocolate notes from maturation in barrique. Full and enveloping on the palate, with balanced tannins and notable aromatic persistence. Serve at 18°C with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
