Parker's Heritage Collection 13th Edition is an 8 year old Kentucky straight rye whiskey from Heaven Hill in Bardstown. It is the 2019 release in Heaven Hill's annual Parker's Heritage Collection, in a 750ml bottle.
The collection usually features Kentucky straight bourbon, so a rye marks a change of format. The whiskey was matured in heavy char barrels, which are more heavily charred than standard. This gives deeper oak and char character alongside the natural spice of the rye grain.
