This is the 14th edition of Parker's Heritage Collection, a 10 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill in Bardstown, released in 2020. It is bottled at 120 proof (60% ABV) in a 75cl bottle.
The Heavy Char name refers to the barrels, whose interiors were burned more intensely than the usual char levels for bourbon. That is said to give deeper charcoal filtration, more vanilla and caramel from greater sugar conversion, and a smoky edge.
