This is the 16th Edition of the Parker's Heritage Collection, a Double Barreled Kentucky straight bourbon from Heaven Hill in Bardstown, released in 2022 in a 750ml bottle.
Double Barreled means that after its first maturation the whiskey was moved into a fresh barrel for a second stage of ageing, adding further wood influence. It is bottled at 66.1% ABV, or 132.2 proof.
