Parker's Heritage Collection 1st Edition Cask Strength 2007 (75cl, 61.3%)

Parker's Heritage Collection 1st Edition is the founding release of Heaven Hill's annual Parker's Heritage Collection, which honours Parker Beam. It is a Kentucky straight bourbon from 2007, bottled at cask strength of 122.6 proof, or 61.3% ABV, in a 750ml bottle. Parker Beam was master distiller at Heaven Hill from 1975 until his retirement. The series was built around a different style of expression each year and a high-proof standard, a pattern this first edition began.
