This is the 4th Edition of the Parker's Heritage Collection, released in 2010: a cask strength wheat bourbon bottled at 62.1% ABV (124.2 proof). It was distilled at the Heaven Hill Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. Parker Beam chose a wheat-primary mashbill for this edition, so wheat rather than corn is the dominant grain. That sets it apart from the high-rye mashbill usual for Heaven Hill, and reflects the collection's aim of exploring the distillery's wider range of production.
