Parker's Heritage Collection 5th Edition, from 2011, is a Kentucky straight bourbon bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It is built on Heaven Hill's high-rye bourbon, from the Bernheim Distillery in Louisville.
Parker Beam used this edition to explore finishing in Cognac barrels. The casks are described as adding dried fruit, floral notes and the rancio character of aged French Cognac to the bourbon.
