Paul John Bold is a peated Indian single malt from Goa, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Smoke is present on the nose, followed by Manuka honey, spice and red liquorice. The palate is silky and honeyed at first, then a second wave of spice and a smoky feel give way to dry molasses, peaty soot and a hint of copper. The finish is light, with copper, smoked mocha and delicate spice.
