Paul John Brilliance Single Malt (70cl)

Paul John Brilliance is an Indian single malt whisky in a 70cl bottle, produced by John Distilleries in Goa. It is made from Indian six-row barley grown in the foothills of the Himalayas. The whisky is matured in bourbon barrels for three to five years and bottled at cask strength. The tropical climate means evaporation of around 12-13% a year, which is why Paul John whiskies show well at younger ages.
