Paul John Christmas Edition 2021 is an Indian single malt bottled at 46%. It was first matured in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in port and Madeira casks. The nose offers dried fruit, honey, vanilla and soft spices. The palate is full and balanced, with caramel, raisins, light woody notes and a subtle sweetness, and the finish is warm, elegant and of medium length.
