Paul John Christmas Edition 2025 is the eighth release in the distillery's annual Christmas series. It is an unpeated Indian single malt made in Goa, matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Cream Sherry casks. Only 6,254 bottles were released worldwide.
Tasting notes point to ripe plum, dark cherry, candied orange peel and orange-blossom honey on the nose, with soft toffee, cocoa and nutmeg. The palate brings apple, stone fruit, caramel and roasted nuts, then spiced rum and butterscotch. The finish is long and creamy, with sweet oak, molasses, dried berries and a hint of Christmas cake.
