Paul John Classic Select Cask is an Indian single malt from Goa, bottled at a cask strength of 55% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in selected cask types and bottled without chill filtration. The nose is fruity and malty, woven with honey and a hint of bourbon. On the palate, malted barley leads into bourbon and manuka honey-liquorice, then toasted honeycomb. The finish carries juicy Demerara notes and is soft.
