Paul John Edited is an Indian single malt whisky bottled at 46% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. It carries a hint of peat, created from a careful choice of cask profiles. The nose offers honey and cocoa with a touch of smoke and a shot of espresso, and a deeper breath brings fruity fragrances. On the palate, grassy barley comes first and gives way to subtle peat, then mint and mocha. The finish is long, with a hint of spice and chocolate mint, ending on gentle peat.
