Paul John Edited is a single malt from the Paul John distillery in Goa, India, bottled at 46% ABV. It is matured for four to five years in the heat of Goa. The nose is toasted grain, honey, lemon and seaweed. On the palate, spice and cask character mingle with honey, apples, butter and cinnamon. The finish carries charcoal smoke and apple peel, with light spice and vanilla.
