Kanya is an unpeated Indian single malt from Paul John, made in Goa and matured for 7 years in first fill American white oak casks. It is bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle.
Honeyed fruit and a soft tinge of spice mark the style. The nose brings citrusy spice and tropical fruit, and the palate is creamy with butterscotch sweetness. The finish is toasted oak with warm spice and the slightest hint of salt.
