Paul John – Mithuna Zodiac Series Indian Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 58%)

Mithuna is the Paul John expression that stands for Gemini, the third sign of the Zodiac Series from the distillery in India. It is an unpeated, non-chill-filtered single malt bottled at 58%, in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was matured in American virgin oak casks and finished in ex-bourbon casks. The nose offers liquorice, beeswax and vanilla. The palate is rich, with coffee mocha, orange peel and spices, and the finish is sweet and honeyed, with oak tannins.
