Paul John Nirvana is an unpeated Indian single malt from Goa, bottled at 40% ABV from Batch 02. It is made from Indian six-row barley and matured in the warm, tropical climate of Goa. The nose is described as light malt, honey, soft vanilla and subtle floral notes. The palate is smooth and slightly sweet, with grain, soft spice and a hint of caramel. The finish runs short to medium and stays clean.
