An unpeated Indian single malt from Paul John, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is reported to have been matured in second-fill and third-fill bourbon barrels, and it can be taken with a splash of water or over ice.
The nose brings honeycomb, fruitcake and caramel pudding. The palate is malty, with cereal notes and honey, and the finish has vanilla balanced by honey and oak.
